Here are the steps to complete your profile and start using the platform.

 

✅ Step 1 – Create Your Account

Click Log In at the top of the page and create your account.

✅ Step 2 – Choose Your Path

Select your account type:

🐶 Sitter

Activation through the Sitter Plan ($15 / month).

🏡 Pet Owner

Fully free account.

​✅ Step 3 – Access Your Member Space

​🐶 If You Are a Sitter

1️⃣ Activate Your Profile

 

After activating the Sitter Plan, you will be able to complete your profile.

​

2️⃣ Complete Your Profile

You will need to provide:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Phone number (optional)

• City / region

• Professional photo

• Description of your experience

• Rates

• Types of animals accepted

• Availability

• Messenger link (optional)

 

After approval, your profile will be published.

🏡 If You Are a Pet Owner

1️⃣ Go to My Owner Space
2️⃣ Click Complete My Profile
3️⃣ Fill out the form

Fields include:

• Personal information

• Specific needs

• Desired dates

• Important details about your pet

🔒 Important Information

A sitter cannot access the pet owner space.
A pet owner cannot access the sitter space.

Each account type has its own secure environment.
