14. Identity Verification via Didit

 

To ensure the security and reliability of Premium Guardians, Gardinou uses the services of Didit, an external provider specialized in automated identity verification using artificial intelligence.

 

This verification is conducted without codes or passwords and includes the following steps:

 

  • Facial recognition;  

  • Automated validation of identity documents (passport, ID card, driver’s license);  

  • Proof of presence (liveness check).

 

Personal Data Processing:

 

  • The data used for this purpose (facial photo, identity documents, liveness data) is collected, stored, and processed exclusively by Didit.  

  • Gardinou does not access, control, or retain this sensitive data.  

  • Didit processes this information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable legal requirements, including Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information.
