1. Commission
Gardinou applies a 0% commission policy. All payments are made directly between pet sitters and pet owners.
2. Identity verification
Identity verification is carried out automatically by a third-party provider for Premium sitters only. Gardinou does not collect or manage this personal data.
3. Liability insurance
Sitters are required to have valid liability insurance that covers their pet care activities.
4. Verified profiles
Verified profiles correspond to sitters who have subscribed to the Premium plan.
5. Benefits of the Premium plan
The Premium subscription offers several benefits, including increased visibility, access to specific tools, and a verification badge.
6. Premium subscription pricing
The Premium subscription is billed monthly at a rate of 15. It is non-binding and can be canceled at any time. However, any started month is non-refundable.
7. Visibility of Unverified Pet Sitters
Gardinou does not guarantee that an unverified pet sitter will benefit from greater visibility or receive bookings.
8. Limitation of liability
Gardinou is not responsible for contractual relationships, payments, or disputes between owners and sitters.
9. Changes to the Terms of Use
Gardinou reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any changes.
10. Personal Data Protection and Identity Verification
Gardinou places great importance on the protection of your personal data. All information collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.
For Premium Guardians, identity verification is provided by our external partner Didit, specialized in automated verification using artificial intelligence. This process may include facial recognition, identity document validation, and a liveness check.
Gardinou does not collect, access, or store this sensitive data. The entire process is managed by Didit, in compliance with applicable data protection laws and their own privacy policy.
By using our services, you consent to your personal data being shared with Didit solely for the purpose of identity verification.
