The free plan allows you to: • Communicate with Pet Sitters via chat • Access the Gardinou discussion group • Participate in the Gardinou community • Share files and videos within the community • Send private files • Communicate directly with a Pet Sitter in private

Payment terms are agreed upon directly between the pet owner and the Pet Sitter. Gardinou does not process or manage financial transactions. Payments are made outside the platform according to the terms agreed upon by both parties.

Gardinou implements measures to help strengthen trust and safety on the platform. Pet owners can review the pet sitter’s profile information, including their description, photo, and provided details, to make an informed decision.
