The Sitter Plan is a subscription granting access to interaction features on the Gardinou platform, including the receipt of reservation requests and direct connection with pet owners.

Profile creation on Gardinou is free. Subscription to the Sitter Plan is required to unlock communication tools and reservation management functions.

Gardinou collects no commission fees on transactions. Payments for pet sitting services are settled directly between owner and sitter.

Subscription fees cover technical platform maintenance, IT infrastructure, user support, and identity verification processed by a specialized third-party provider.
