A booking is a confirmed agreement between a pet owner and a sitter outlining service provision for a specified period.

It follows the acceptance of a booking request and establishes the terms of care, including dates, service type, and conditions agreed upon between the parties.

Pet care services are performed directly by the sitter. Gardinou provides the technological infrastructure and interconnection features to facilitate booking recordation.
