A pet owner is an individual registered on Gardinou seeking pet care services for their companion animal and interacting with listed sitters.

The owner reviews Gardinou Profiles, checks availability, and submits booking requests to sitters.

The owner and sitter jointly define the terms of service delivery, including the care schedule, specific instructions, and applicable rates.

Pet care services are executed directly by the sitter under their own responsibility. Gardinou provides the platform and connection tools necessary to facilitate the booking process.
